Refund and Returns Policy
Returns and Exchanges
All of our products are produced and made to order the moment your order is placed. This allows Fuzed Labs to produce and provide a large inventory at minimal risk to overstocking. We have a strict no returns or exchanges policy. Currently, we only will make a refund or return if the item has been misprinted, or the item arrives with defects. This is a very rare occurrence, but the one in which we do offer a return.
We do not offer refunds unless the item has arrived defective or misprinted. If the item has arrived misprinted or defective, the customer is required to return the merchandise Fuzed Labs for inspection. Once the item has been reviewed, a refund may be given.
We do not offer refunds for delays due to courier or shipping delays outside of our original ship date. Due to the massive increase in online shopping as a result of covid-19, there have been longer than average delivery times once items have been shipped. Other restrictions, such as forced reduced worker capacity in our partner printing facilities can also temporarily slow production turnaround times.
